- Independently write code from scratch to fulfill business needs
- Synthesize incoming data from the property management system into a useable format, parse data
- Troubleshoot and debug JavaScript
- Update JavaScript with new logic as customers communicate changes
- Help other teams with JavaScript if needs arise
- Create and update HTML/MJML and CSS on emails and web forms
- Pay attention to detail of design elements and branding; carry consistently throughout work
- Troubleshoot layout/renderings in different email clients and browsers
- Collaborate with colleagues, strong communication skills
- Work with a sense of urgency without compromising quality
- Self-taught/online program, coding boot camp and/or college coursework all considered (provide certificates, portfolio)
- Related experience required (academic and non-professional experience will be considered)
- Relevant Work Experience:
- Provide an online portfolio or collection of work demonstrating JavaScript projects, web form design concepts and skills.
- Proficient in HTMLMJML, CSS and JavaScript.
- English as primary language, Spanish and other languages are a plus.
- Efficient with Adobe Creative software -Dreamweaver, Photoshop, XD - or similar.

Summary of the role:
The JavaScript & Web Form Developer will create code scripts that utilize data from the property management system to meet customer needs. They will also debug and update existing JavaScript that customers have in place. Secondary duties will include working in HTML/MJML, and using advanced CSS selector skills, Flexbox and/or Grid to produce custom web forms while working within the constraints of the content platform.
